Shipping is free for orders of $29.00 and over. A fixed charge of $6.95 is added when the total amount of the invoice is less than $29.00. These rates are valid for the territory of North America. Shipments are made by Canada Post, Fedex, or Purolator, depending on the delivery address. Delivery times vary from 3 to 5 working days.

Returns Policy

You can return the goods within 30 days of receipt. The packaging must be intact and the goods must not have been worn. We will credit your credit card for the full amount of the return once the merchandise has been received. You will be responsible for shipping costs for returns. In the case of merchandise that has been damaged, the return costs will be at our expense. To return an item, please contact us at info@lebonnetier.com and provide us with your name, email address, and the reason for the return. We will contact you to send you the necessary information for the shipment.
